InterregGov Call launched: Tailored support for ISO1 implementation

The InterregGov has officially launched its first Call for Applications on 20 May 2026, opening a new opportunity for Interreg cross-border cooperation (CBC) programmes working with Interreg Specific Objective 1 (ISO1) – Better Cooperation Governance, with a particular focus on cross-border obstacles and people-to-people cooperation.

Through this call, up to 12 selected Interreg VI-A cross-border programmes (2021–2027) on internal borders will receive free tailor-made support adapted to their regional needs. Assistance may include stakeholder mapping, identification of cross-border obstacles, governance approaches, action plans, and preparation of future ISO1 initiatives.
